Corporate Sector - Credit Risk Reporting_- VP Description: Role Description: - To efficiently and accurately manage daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements including but not restricted to Senior manager Reporting at the BCC & BCO levels. - Timely and transparent delivery of ad hoc requests to meet requirements from Credit, Business management, Controls officers. Ability to identify workarounds or create new metrics based on requests from Regulators, Credit, Control Managers or Middle office leads - Capability to define issues, analyze and implement solutions to meet stakeholder expectations is business critical. - Direct liaison with the stakeholders, Credit, Technology across all levels on a daily basis for all 3 regions i.e. APAC, EMEA and Americas - Ability to understand the metrics being reported, the impact or rationale of the reports and provide analysis where possible to help identify key areas of focus or concern - Strive to improve the rationalization and automation of various reports through innovative thinking and voicing potential improvements to management. To be an active part of the team, coming up with ideas and suggestions for process improvement through technology solutions. - Focus on value added reporting by enhancing existing processes Qualification & Skills: - Strong communication skills; ability to relay information in a concise and simple way to Credit Officers, Control Managers, Senior Management, technology and Middle Office teams. - Graduate with minimum 10 years of experience or MBA with minimum 7 years of experience in Banking/ Financial Services Industry - Capacity to prioritize action items under strict time pressures and multi-task regular duties alongside ad hoc requests. - Demonstrate numerical aptitude and an analytical mindset in order to go beyond operational deliverables; good at problem solving and providing solutions. - Pro-active with an ability to demonstrate and manage change; willing to take on additional responsibility. - Thorough, diligent and to be able to execute a task with a high level of accuracy. - Good relationship building skills and ability to deal with counterparts at all levels. - Keen to learn or strengthen knowledge of derivatives and general market awareness. - Excellent MS Excel skills imperative; experience of coding in VBA, Alteryx, Tableau will be helpful. - Create complex analytic queries on large data sets in Credit risk systems - Create procedures, triggers, and functions - Analyze trends in key metrics About Us: - JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
