Information about JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co. is available at www.jpmorganchase.com The position is based in Mumbai and will cover the following functions -&nbsp; - Engagement with partners in the GSC and Globally for various requests - Manage Client, leadership visits and make presentation packs - Managing Real Estate Infrastructure, provide transparent reporting and optimize seat utilization - Ensure Operations adherence to Business and Regulatory trainings - Quarterly and Annual submissions to regulators/ auditors - Drive communication agenda across India and Philippines - Provide governance on Technology initiatives - Maintain offshoring inventory and mitigate offshoring risk - Vendor Management - onboarding new vendors, relationship &amp; billing management with existing - Location Strategy Governance - Organize learning sessions, info shares and training programs - Qualified accountant/ MBA with at least 10 years post qualification experience - Positive, pro-active, can-do attitude and strong control mindset - Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work under pressure - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills including Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to develop and leverage strong network of contacts throughout the organization - Good MS Office skills - especially MS Excel - Ability to work with teams in multiple locations across different time zones - Strong orientation to details and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
