Roles and Responsibilities: - Integration of deliverables and impact identification across functions - Governance and management of key deliverables and operations ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and SLAs - Collaborate with Program Managers and Technology partners to integrate the results with existing systems - Drive change management with respect to Program requirements and influence stakeholders - Engage with Firmwide Program teams to implement requirements across Control Management supported Programs - Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to identify and implement best practices - Manage multiple high impact function teams. Will be responsible for managing ~ 20 members - Demonstrate thought leadership and strategic vision to enhance the delivery and scope of services Qualification, Experience &amp; Skills: - Overall 14+ years of experience - Master's or a graduate degree - At least 6-7 years' experience managing teams across functions in a high paced environment - A minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience - Experience with Operational Risk in the Banking industry is preferred - Data Governance or Data Management experience is an added advantage - Knowledge of Agile, Big Data Concepts / Hadoop is a plus - Ability &amp; experience to learn multiple functions - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across geographies and functions - Ability to learn quickly, adjust to changes and think outside the box - Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) - Good verbal/written and inter-personal skills - Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident - Ability to learn quickly, adjust to changes and think outside the box Shifts: - EMEA Shift J.P.
