Description : The Risk Quantitative Development (RQD) model implementation team develops and manages features and enhancements to services that execute ML pipelines for fraud detection and risk assessment. Our activities include perform hands-on coding of production-ready code using Java , Python, Scala, Spark, other programming languages or tools, assist modelling teams in their coding, and create tools which validate data and which streamline the implementation process. The candidate will be part of the development team that drives target state architecture design and implementation of the highly scalable, fault-tolerant and low latency services. Roles & Responsibilities - Hands on thought leadership for building on premise and cloud based ML solution architecture - Have a solid understanding of consumer financial products, data systems and data environments, and processes that are necessary for the implementation of Risk and Finance models - Deep Technical knowledge in architecting, designing, and Integrating new Solutions in a large-scale enterprise of highly distributed applications - Design Enterprise Machine Learning platforms that are capable of running predictive models. - Understand end-to-end data flow to implement Machine Learning models, identify appropriate data sources and integrate them ML platform for underlying model to work - Provide solutions to productionalize any models built by Data Scientist team - Lead model validation before implementing in production for live-usage - Design and own the ML features store and make it reusable for other models - Build AI/ML delivery pipeline for downstream users. Design model quality control with data scientist and other business users. - Design/redesign and innovate new architectural patterns that support scalable ML deployment - Establish the appropriate monitoring and alerting of solution events related to performance, scalability, availability, and reliability. - Provides technical leadership, guidance and direction to other team members. - Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, Business partners, or senior leaders. Influence senior business and technology stakeholders across JPMC - Solving complex problems with datasets and optimize existing ML libraries and frameworks - Ability to build global teams to achieve organizational goals and passionate about building an innovative culture - Partner with product owners to define firmwide technology strategies and roadmaps across JPMC - Drive innovation and ensure that JPMC maximizes the business benefits of adoption of market leading technology capabilities; Ensure new innovations are rapidly evaluated, piloted and then scaled where appropriate, working closely with product owners Qualifications : - Degree in computer science or a numerate subject (e.g. engineering, sciences, or mathematics) and 10-15 years of application development experience - Experience in building application framework and/or platform development experience - Deep knowledge in solution design patterns, building resilient solutions across on-premise application and cloud including associated security considerations - Background with Machine Learning Frameworks and Big Data technologies such as Hadoop. - Experience in automating, tuning and implementing ML Models (XGBoost, Logistic Regression, Neural Networks, NLP, etc.) .
