Vice President Oracle HCM Cloud - Benefits Functional Lead Description: The person will be part of a large, multi-application team supporting EMEA, APAC and LATAM countries so they must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work independently with other product teams to understand cross-functional impacts. The person will work with development teams, HR business users and end users so excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessity. Primary Responsibilities: - Engage with business users to understand and prioritize requirements, assess feasibility including business and technical impacts of solutions, and recommend product and process changes in a timely manner - Support the Benefits design and facilitate interactive design workshops to identify business requirements for the end-to-end solution - Provide strategic oversight and guidance on new functionality for Oracle HCM Cloud - Utilize knowledge and experience to support product issues, implement enhancements and new projects and provide end to end solutions - Responsible for a broad range of implementation activities including configuration, demonstrations, design workshops, documentation and testing. Experience: - Experience in implementing at least 2 end to end/full lifecycle Oracle Benefits Cloud project. - At least 8 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR and/or Benefits, or product development experience in Oracle HCM Cloud - Experience in Agile development and implementations. Knowledge and Skills: - Strong Oracle HCM product knowledge, particularly in Global HR and Benefits - Skilled in end-to-end configuration of Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud including plan configuration, rates, coverages and eligibility - High degree of self-organization in order to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing demands and work independently as part of a small high impact team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to work collaboratively and foster relationships across all levels of the organization - Aptitude for thinking out of the box and a \"can do\" attitude - Ability to understand HR business processes and requirements and translate these into system solutions - Well-developed approach to problem solving and decision making - Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Work effectively with Oracle Support to address product issues.
