CIB - Securities Services Operations - Transaction Processing Specialist - Operations Analyst Job Description : - Responsible for reconcoiliation of JP Morgan Fund Accounting data to external/ internal Custodians, Prime Brokers, Transfer Agents or Counterparties for Fund Accounting and Investment Middle Office Services clients - The role involves accurate and timely delivery of reconciliation outputs within the agreed SLA - Timely and appropariate escalation of actual/ potential delays and issues with the Supervisors and Mgmt " - Manual matching and sourcing of breaks based on the investigation to the correct operational areas within the agreed SLA - Accurate completion of any other besopke/ manual reconciliation assigned outside the strtaegic system - Second level of investigation and drive final resolution of open breaks assigned to the Unit, including posting of transactions within the Accounting system - Escalate discrepancies, possible delays within established guidelines, corporate policies and standards. - Refer/ Identify issues on assigned accounts and escalate occurrences to team leader or supervisor - Reponsible for group email box &amp; ensure responses to queries within the agreed SLA - Data collection/Report preparation on various metrics &amp; Audit queries - Completion of end of the day checklists and other end of the day hygene activities - Good oral &amp; written communication skills - Fair understanding of Capital Markets and related terminologies - Good analytical capabilites and MS Office skills - Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo - Good Time Management Skills - Ability to prioritize About Us : - JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
