Job Description : &nbsp; Job Overview : - The primary responsibility of this position is to be a training design lead within the global Wholesale KYC Learning Team, an element of the Digital, Operations and Technology (D.O.T) Learning Team. - The training design lead will work closely with the Operational Training Program Manager, WKO stakeholders, policy and content SMEs and alongside eLearning design specialists and other shared services program teams to identify, source, and design solutions to address learning needs and skills development, as well as contribute thought leadership to accelerate the firm-wide transformation of learning. Core Responsibilities : - Lead Training Design for KYC Operational Training, determining structure and content requirements for development of focused KYC digital Learning material. - Design advice and production of training material in multimedia format (Adobe Connect, Adobe Captivate, Survey Monkey, Assessment Builder) including recoding training module and digital editing. Maintain WKO specific KYC SME level knowledge relating to Operational and Regulatory Change. - Project Manage Training Activities through ADDIE cycle as determined by Program Manager - Deliver Live/live virtual training as required to support New Hire induction. - Interface with Training Support functions over hosting of training material into e-Learning System. - Maintenance and safekeeping of technical production equipment to support Training Development. Skills / Experience Required : - Multi-Region KYC SME Operations Team (Maker & Checker) knowledge and experience (Essential) - Excellent Working Knowledge of CDD System, KYC Standards and WKO Policy and Procedures. (highly desirable) - Multi-Media Software expert (Adobe Connect, Adobe Captivate, Assessment Builder and Survey Monkey) (Essential) - Experience and knowledge of Training Design (Bloom- s Taxonomy) ADDIE Training Cycle and Assessment design requirements. (Essential) - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently at VP/ED level - Solid team player, strong work ethic, proven flexibility and adaptability, ability to contribute to multiple work streams and activities within a dynamic team. - MS Office Skills : Excel/PowerPoint expert user. - Experience of working in a training design, development, delivery function (essential).
