CIB - Securities Services Operations - Trading Services Specialist IV - Operations Analyst The primary responsibility of this position is to support the day to day operations for timely settlement of trades. Candidate should possess knowledge on working of capital market. Should have the ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines. Should be a good team player and be able to liaise with various stake holders Front Office, Middle Office, various internal teams and Clients Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Ensure seamless service delivery &amp; timely settlement of Trades. - Monitoring and action of daily work flow queues and ensure no TAT miss - Perform follow up of failing trades with MO/Counterparty. - Understand the risks in the process and follow the controls implemented as per SOP - Ensure nil instances of SLA breach. - Identify &amp; escalate all error/exceptions in a timely manner. - Communicate with supervisor on problematic transactions or exceptions. - Perform all work in accordance to department procedures and within productivity processing and quality standards.
