Organization Description : Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) is a key fund services product that provides asset managers the ability to leverage JP Morgan's operational expertise, market leading technology and data infrastructure to manage their trade processing, asset servicing, collateral management, and investment record capabilities. The product encompasses a multi-asset class offering across listed securities, equity swaps, cleared and OTC derivatives, and bank loans, focusing on the needs of large asset managers. The IMOS Global Technology team is accountable for setting the technology strategy, design, build and operation of the IMOS platform. The IMOS Global Technology Program Management Office acts as the command center for the team's strategic and business-as-usual book of work. It provides the necessary governance, oversight, and program management rigor to assure the successful delivery of the organization's agenda. Job Description : As a Technology Program Manager, you will be part of a team of Program Managers and PMO professionals who are responsible for planning and managing the entire IMOS book of work for the year. Your key responsibilities include: - Collaborate with colleagues from Product Development and various technology teams around the globe to develop a solid program plan and monitor progress through delivery - Identify and escalate key issues, risks and critical dependencies that can impact program schedule and budget - Coordinate and facilitate program meetings with program participants - Provide timely and accurate status reports adhering to PMO standards Qualifications &amp; Experience : - Proven experience in the role of Project Manager / Program Manager, including experience as a Delivery Lead - Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution - Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods, stakeholder management, risk management and operations - Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders - Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as, presentation skills - Proven leadership qualities as well as high performance track record - Hands on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc. JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
