This is the right opportunity for you to work with product management and engineering to build out and link together key processes and technologies for Enterprise Cloud Data Platform, lead several projects/enhancements. Responsibilities shall include : - Lead end-to-end delivery efforts for Cloud projects and demonstrate leadership by successfully managing medium to large projects through engagement with technical and business stakeholders. - Prioritize product development activities and influence cross functional teams to meet stakeholder needs - Apply problem solving, technical and logical reasoning skills throughout delivery life cycle. - Partner with IT / Feature Teams to translate stakeholder needs into accurate and complete user stories - Document end-to-end processes and data flows, Support release events, prior/during/post deployment and deliver all agile process metrics. - Support the definition and generation of relevant product metrics and reporting - Provide recommendations on development feasibility in terms of required applications, technology and effort. - Coordinate engagement & governance framework with key stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle - requirements, access management, testing, pre-production and go-live activities. - Report/escalate all potential issues in a timely manner, track and report status of all Intelligent Automation projects. - Deliver productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, efficiency to the business through these automated solutions. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or equivalent experience. - 8+ years of experience in software application development using any of the programming languages: Java, Spark, Scala or project management experience in Cloud migration projects, preferably AWS - 3+ years of relevant experience in a project management role. PMI certified project managers with hands on technical experience preferred - 3+ years of strong experience in agile processes and tools- JIRA,Sharepoint,Confluence, - Prior experience working in a regulated financial services environment adds value. - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project - Lead by influence, mentor junior software engineers, ability to navigate to different teams and business to find solutions to complex problems - Strong on critical thinking, great communication and team work skill is essential to this role - High level of responsibility and Ownership from inception through to implementation - Effective coordination skills and self-motivation to proactively reach out to all the required stakeholders. - Good communication skills and demonstrate self-learning attitude by enhancing his/her knowledge on latest technologies and share best practices with other leads during the regular engagements.
