Job Description : Wealth Management - ATG - Team Leader Description : Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Include specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectives - The prime responsibility of the Account Transition Team would be to transfer assets Internally or Externally as per the request from Front Office. Account Transition has to interact with different teams to get the securities transferred. Job Responsibility includes : - Transferring of Securities internally or externally - Transferring Mutual fund - Transferring Foreign Assets - Closing of the clients account once all securities have been transferred &amp; account is zero - To book securities coming from other custodian in to the clients account - To make sure that the client does not have any credit exposure before transferring securities or cash - To make sure all approvals are obtained before transferring any Securities, Fund or Cash KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS : 1) Achieve daily production targets on a consistent basis and turnaround Priority reviews within the stipulated timelines. 2) Maintain over 99.5% internal and 100% external accuracy on a consistent basis. 3) Get cross-trained and work on multiple processes. 4) Maintain high hygiene standards and follow all process controls with no lapses. 5) Assist in data collection / report preparation on various metrics. 6) Identify &amp; escalate issues on assigned reviews and escalate exceptions, procedure gaps to management. 7) Interact with different stakeholder to resolve process issues and play key role in adding process controls. 8) Processing/ Production -90% of the daily productive time, 10% - Non BAU activities, Business initiatives, process reporting, process trainings/ huddles KEY COMPETENCIES ESSENTIAL FOR THE JOB : 1) Excellent Communication Skills. 2) Good Analytical skills with an attention to detail, Quick Grasping and Retention. 3) Coordination and Team work 4) Time Management, Flexibility &amp; Adaptability to changes. 5) Willingness to work in ASIA &amp; EMEA shifts. 6) Exception Handling &amp; Subject Matter Expertise, Challenges status quo, Qualifications : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Commerce or Science - Post Graduate in Finance, Well versed with Financial &amp; Banking Concepts. Minimum Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in Cash/ security Processing Technical Skills : - Relevant market knowledge and securities background - Settlements Preferred The primary responsibility of this position is to provide processing support for effective and efficient process delivery to : - Ensure adherence of operational procedures to complete task in an accurate and timely manner. - An acute awareness of the high risk, time critical and complex nature of the Private Banking environment, an ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines is essential. - Ability to work in a deadline driven environment - Client focused - Good time management skills - Must be very detailed oriented. - An appreciation of control and quality issues. - Document procedures and identify requirements for additional controls. - Completion of daily checklist and reporting. - Establish excellent relationships with various internal departments and external parties with whom interaction is required. - Actively work with the team to resolve exceptions. Prepare case notes and discuss learnings with team.
