CIB - Business Analyst & Reporting Specialist - Team Leader Description : Primary Responsibilities : - Provide desk-side and global support to internal Operations teams to support application changes in the QA or Production environments - Perform regression testing on resolved production tickets to ensure there were no unintended impacts and coordinate status reporting - Review existing Unity/ARC reports and document business logic - Review existing Unity/ARC data inbound logic and document business logic, data destination and report destination - Responsible for analyzing, trouble-shooting and resolving production tickets based on agreed upon SLAs with business partners - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform business analysis relating to custom logic and report development - Implement new mutual funds and share classes onto applications and ensure readiness for production release - Implement new reports onto applications and ensure readiness for production release - Evening and weekend application support required periodically - Assist with disaster recovery testing on an as needed basis - Managing and Implementing Projects across the strategic tools - Liaison between Operations and Technology - Mitigate risks through proactive issue identification and communicate with business partners on status of critical issues - Work with Technology, Operations and other Stakeholders to determine process improvements - Experience multi-tasking and working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results Qualifications & Technology Experience : - At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Tech Support, UAT or Business Support group - Knowledge of securities services industry and products is preferred - Knowledge of Fund Services (Accounting, Financial Reporting & Fund Administration) a plus - Working knowledge of one or more JPMorgan securities product, service or operations areas preferred Skill Set Required : - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Relationship building skills - develop partnerships to drive results - Analytical and problem solving skills - Project Management Skills - Critical thinking and decision-making skills - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
