Collateral Management is made up of Onboarding legal docs like ISDA (Intl Swaps and Derivs Assoc) &amp; CSA (Credit Support Annex), Margin call issuance and acceptance, Dispute Management and Coll bal Recons, Settlements as well as Interest Processing and Coupon Payments. We manage Futures, MBS (Mortgage backed securities), Cleared and Bilateral OTC, Prime Brokerage and provide support across Asia, EMEA and NY regions Specific Responsibilities - - Collateral Margin Agreement with counterparties - Collateral dispute management - Collateral settlement - Independent amount management - Strong understanding of financial products like Equity, Fixed Income, OTC, Repo, Futures, CFD, FX and NDF. - Strong understanding of Prime Brokerage, Inter Fund Lending and Securities lending business - Various Regulatory reporting - Mailbox management - Daily KPI and collateral metrics reporting - Candidate should be flexible to work in ASIA/EMEA/US hours. Qualifications - Internal Core Skill-sets: - Have the ability to work independently and to proactively seek guidance from others as needed - Prior experience on applications such as Bloomberg, Point is needed for the job - Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams - Result oriented, accepting responsibilities and challenges that take them outside their comfort zone - Positive outlook and a desire to stretch themselves to achieve both personal and functional success. - Partners well with peers, subordinates, managers, and LOB and functional partners - Capability to manage and handle escalations by liaising with the internal &amp; external stakeholders of the business.
