The Corporate Technology (CT) Audit Team is responsible for assessing the adequacy of the control environments across all of the corporate functions, including Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and the Corporate Administrative Office. This is achieved through a program of audit coverage, which is performed and managed by a global team of integrated technology and business audit specialists.This role is for an experienced IT audit professional who would be based out of India (open to Mumbai or Bangalore) and will report locally into Audit Director in India and functionally to Audit Director onshore This role will be responsible for performing and leading CT audits in a dynamic environment. This includes technology and integrated audits, where partnering with business auditors covering Corporate functions is key. JPMorgan Chase Internal Audit seeks an Senior Auditor, Associate to participate on audit engagements to evaluate, test and report on audit findings to improve the design and effectiveness of key controls. Responsibilities include: - Participate on audit engagements from planning to reporting and produce quality deliverables to both department and professional standards - Partner with colleagues and stakeholders to evaluate, test and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls - Finalize audit findings and use judgment to provide an overall opinion on the control environment - Communicate audit findings to management and identify opportunities for improvement in the design and effectiveness of key controls - Implement and execute an effective program of continuous monitoring for assigned areas, including monitoring of key metrics to identify control issues and adverse trends - Contribute to a business climate and culture that encourages integrity, respect, excellence and innovation - Stay up to date with evolving industry and regulatory developments impacting the business - Take ownership of self-development, including stretch assignments, to prepare for greater responsibilities and career growth and takes initiative to seek out opportunity for continued learning - Champion a culture of innovation - Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience of internal or external auditing experience, or relevant business experience - Bachelor's degree (or relevant financial services experience) required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, willing to be challenged and take personal responsibility - Knowledge of technology risks and controls as well as technology governance and assessments. - Recognized certification (CISA, CISM, CISSP, AWS, etc.) - Proven ability to be able to multitask, complete projects on time and on budget, and adjust to changing priorities. - Strong analytical skills. - Familiarity with current / emerging technologies (Intelligent Automation / RPA, Machine Learning, Cloud, big data / data lake concepts); - Data analytics capabilities / familiarity with tools like Alteryx or Xceptor; ability to code/script a plus - Familiarity with data management concepts; - Familiarity with finance / reg reporting, risk, compliance, legal - Prior Audit experience preferable (Big 4 a plus) - Understanding of internal control concepts with the ability to evaluate and determine the adequacy of controls by considering business and technology risks in an integrated manner - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills particularly in regard to assessing the probability and impact of an internal control weakness - Proven ability to multi-task as well as assess and change priorities - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, strong interest in learning, effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility/accountability - Flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment - Willing to travel as needed About Us : - JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
