Job Description: As Automation Lead for the CCOR Digital team , you will assume a central role in the development and rollout of the CCOR automation strategy and drive an increasingly data-driven and digitalization focus into the everyday execution of Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk Management (CCOR) program. You will be working closely with CCOR business functions, Product Owners , ML, Analytics & Dashboarding teams, and CCOR technology partners to enable delivery of targeted, efficient, and light weight automation solutions to increase efficiency and eliminate manual and time consuming processes. Role will require understanding CCOR business function needs and identifying and championing automation solutions where appropriate, or liaising with AI/ML and technology teams for more complex applications. Key Responsibilities: - Product ownership of automation solutions across CCOR, ensuring fit for purpose solutions, establishment of and adherence to automation processes and standards, and ongoing monitoring to ensure realization of customer value. - Determine appropriate tools and delivery approach for automation solutions, consistent with firm standards - Discover, monitor, and govern automations throughout CCOR, - Communicate with CCOR stakeholders to understand opportunities and determine automation needs and solutions - Assess appropriateness of automation approach for identified opportunities - Develop, build, deploy automation solutions, ensuring beneficial ROI and expected realization of customer value - Ensure solutions are documented and comply with Intelligent Systems and other guidelines and mandates - Support and adjust automations based on learnings and evolving requirements and client needs Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or equivalent degree. - Minimum of 12+ years of experience in business analysis, process analysis/mapping, data governance or data analysis activities, with large, complex datasets - RPA toolset practical experience (e.g. UIPath) - Proven ability to gain understanding of business needs and develop functional requirements for solutions that support those needs - Experience with Tableau, QlikView, SAP Business Intelligence or other reporting and analytics tools required. Experience with AI/ML techniques is a strong plus. - Keen understanding of financial control and budget management - Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals - Strong relationship-building skills, demonstrated consultative approach and proven skill in influencing others - Passionate about building an innovative culture - Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex issues concisely, communicating effectively and comfortably with senior stakeholders - Knowledge of Compliance & Operational Risk data and processes preferred.
