The CCB Regulatory Operations Analytics is leading a transformation of how we report and analyze information across all CCB businesses and functions. The activities of this team include developing interactive dashboards, analyzing cross line of business relationships and impacts, and analyzing consumer behaviors and the impacts to our business. The Team partners closely with regulatory operations leadership, senior management, and subject matter experts across CCB to ensure successful implementation of tactical and strategic change efforts. The CCB Regulatory Operations Analyst I position is responsible for developing and analyzing data that will ensure regulatory reporting inconsistencies are detected and corrected accordingly. The Analyst will work directly with data focused on developing meaningful business information that will be used to reduce risk and improve efficiency. The position also has responsibility for automating the data gathering and generation of operational reports across a line of business or functional area. Examples of the different types of analysis and reports will include: identifying high risk data trends, identifying data quality anomalies, developing customer dispute segmentation, uncover and understand the customer complaints patterns, analyze remediation and correction cases, automating reports that are currently generated manually. Role and Responsibilities - As a Regulatory Operations Analyst I, the candidate will (at a minimum): - Would be an analytical thinker with superior data analysis skills and ability to project outcomes. Preferable to have experience with Alteryx. - Quickly and objectively analyze and evaluate issues and form decisions - Must be able to operate in a self-directed manner; must have a strong desire to take the initiative to deliver superior results with urgency - Collect and analyze complex credit reporting and dispute data for deficiencies and implement processes to ensure data is corrected - Study trends and patterns of customer complaints, remediation and correction cases from the data and instigate deep dive analysis to come up with data driven recommendations to take actions - Translate data into meaningful business information that can be used by operational management and product teams to make decisions - Automate data gathering and report generation - Communicate technical solutions to ensure the controls are well understood and incorporated into data & analytics processes - Data mapping from source systems - Ensure all documentation is updated on data files and reports - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with operational leaders and partners (both internal and external) - Automate all manual processes - Review and suggest modification of established procedures, recommend and implement process improvements and manage multiple projects based on business need - Analyze customer behaviors and business results to develop insights for the CCB Leadership Team Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in data &amp; analytics and visualization, data wrangling within a major corporation - 4+ years of Tableau (e.g. data visualization) or Alteryx (e.g. data wrangling) experience.
