CCB - U.S Wealth Management - Records Champion - Associate Job Description : - The US Wealth Management Records Champion will ensure records are compliant with regulatory requirements, such as SEC 17a-4. The US Wealth Management Records Champion will also coordinate record reviews aligned with CORE requirements, develop training process to ensure proper storage of physical and electronic records, provide management reporting, perform record testing, and lead implementation of Records Management initiatives. - The US Wealth Management Records Champion will serve as SharePoint Librarian responsible for managing the SharePoint Inventory for US Wealth Management, assisting site owners with issues, and assisting with Firmwide SharePoint initiatives. The SharePoint Librarian will review and approve new site requests and quota increases in the Provisioning System. Clear communication, transparent reporting, and effective presentation building will also be vital elements of the position. The successful candidate will excel at creative thinking and problem solving; be self-motivated, confident and organized and ready to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
