Description: As the Service Delivery Operations Team grows in team size and locations, there is a requirement for a People Experience Lead to enable a high level of team engagement and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities of this role: - Own and drive the People Experience plan for Ops Service Delivery - Work closely with the People Experience Team to deploy or adapt people initiatives into our Teams - Seek feedback from Managers regarding the people needs within their teams - Facilitate discussions and generate ideas to improve reward and recognition - Own the design and delivery of Team meetings, such as Town Halls and Team Briefings - Maintain Organisation Charts and Team Descriptions on Confluence - Track and progress open job roles, work with Recruitment to optimise the hiring process - Responsible for managing people experience expenses according to agreed budget - Ensure reward and recognition plans are in line with firmwide and local regulatory guidance.
