Role: As a Task & Workflow Data/Analytics Product Owner, you will define and execute the product vision and strategy, lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Task & workflow reporting solutions (ideation through delivery), and identify improvement opportunities. You will define and execute detailed roadmaps and product priorities based on a solid understanding of business needs and data engineering. The Data Product Owner will influence, educate, and prioritize the strategic data lake and analytics requirements backlog as well as the strategic decisions to enable the next slate of outstanding experiences for our Task & workflow users. Core Responsibilities: - Own/support the product vision, goals and objectives, defines requirements, and prioritizes delivery in order to maximize the business value of the investment - Work with cross-departmental business partners, Data/BI engineers and own the end to end delivery of the data warehouse platform improvements, which includes documenting and prioritizing user stories, demoing solution designs, testing and releasing changes into a Production Data Warehouse environment. - Be a strategic partner and work with business stakeholders to define high impact analytical problems and find innovative ways to solve problems with data - Define and own delivery of overall product vision, strategy, and success metrics for key initiatives around data warehouse and business intelligence. - Effectively drive teams toward robust set of delivery milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle. - Demonstrate governance by ensuring that: (a) work streams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, (b) KPI's are agreed, measured and tracked, (c) deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced, (d) risks are addressed and status measured, and (e) deliveries are successful. - Develop clear documentation of the scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, and other materials as needed to support UX research, design and development - Embody true "customer-obsession" in identifying and leveraging user data, industry trends, and varying forms of user feedback to shape our design and roadmap. - Manage and track deliverables, and provide status reports as required by management - Develop deep trust-based relationships with colleagues - Interact with other high-performing teams within JPM to inspire innovation and champion change throughout the bank - Continually look for opportunities to support the team's service offering with a focus on repeatable, scalable, exportable practices and tools Qualifications: - 5-7+ years of experience in product management or program management assisting in strategic or transformational change strongly preferred. - 2+ years of professional experience working in an Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Product, Technical Product, or Technical/Engineering role. - Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals. - Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations - with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions. - Collaborative team player, and structured thinker with strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical products and features into simple concepts and presentations - Must have Service oriented Mind set - Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Experience with Data Warehouse Techniques (Data Modeling, ETL, Database systems, Business Intelligence) in SaaS stack such as Snowflake, Tableau, etc. - Strong SQL query experience (must be able to analyze large, complex data sets). - Ability to communicate persuasive discussions, write clearly and concisely, listen attentively, and collaborate with partners to reach mutually beneficial outcomes - Understanding of core concepts of data analysis, ETL, and management e.g. KPIs, KRIs etc. - Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
