Job Description :


Some of the things that you can look forward to doing once you are here are:


1. Partner with stakeholders (in the US and India) to identify, refine, scope, prioritize high-value features for the team.


2. Help identify the roadmap and vision for Technical Platform offerings, whose target audience are internal development teams and client development teams. Some examples product areas are Data Storage, CI/CD, Security, BYOK, Event Backbone, SRE, Monitoring, DevOps Automation, etc - mostly leveraging AWS/Cloud.


3. Work with multiple tribes, squads, and analysts on running discovery sprints for providing clarity to high-risk & ambiguous items.


4. Own the design, validation, and delivery of specific high-impact, high-risk items in the roadmap.


5. Work towards defining and tracking key product metrics for showcasing the impact of delivered features.


6. Help identify, define, run and measure A/B experiments within the tribe and squads.


7. Run Agile rituals like Feature elaboration/Estimation, release planning, Iteration Planning Meeting, Showcase, etc in partnership with Iteration Managers / Delivery Managers.


8. Work with Product team members to help maintain a healthy and well-articulated Product Backlog.


9. Ensure that Product artifacts, knowledge repository, KPIs, metrics are well organized, up-to-date and easily accessible by all.


10. Help in building a culture of excellence in Product (and value) based thinking.


11. Evangelize modern & lean Product practices within the organization.


12. Coach, train and mentor analysts and team members to improve the maturity and value of the product practices within the team.


13. Manage day-to-day communication with product, delivery and program management within the organization.


14. In partnership with Iteration/Delivery managers, keep key stakeholders informed about progress and potential risk with relevant metrics and reporting.


15. Have a relentless focus on customer and client value, balancing short term with long term.


Minimum qualifications:


- Education- Bachelor-Master degree


- Proficient in English language.


- 10+ years of experience working with Agile (preferably product) teams as a Business Analyst / Product Owner.


- Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile & Product Management concepts - like Dual-track agile, MVP, A/B Testing, Story Map, Service Design, Prioritization Techniques, Road-mapping, Platform thinking, Product-mode over Project-mode, etc.


- Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, client and UX teams


Nice to haves:


- Having some background or coursework in Computer Science


- Relevant experience in a product organization


- Relevant experience in travel domain or customer loyalty space


- Relevant experience in data-backed decision making/statistics/market research
