Product Analyst for Firm Wide Core Deposits Platform - Consumer Banking - Hyderabad Description : As a E2E Test Analyst on the Firm wide core deposits team in CCB, you will be partnering with different product and engineering teams to create, customize and execute integration test validation for delivering products that meet customer expectations. You will proactively collaborate with upstream data providers and downstream consumers to work across multiple scrum teams, applications and external partners. This role will be responsible for working with multiple products and aiming to be functional SME in the defined scope of products. Key Responsibilities : - Work with the Product Owners to ensure clear understanding of operational flows and customer experience expectations for end to end testing - Learn the business functionality of the product and its respective upstream, downstream systems. - Identify and create end to end user journeys for defined product feature. - Participate and lead to successful completion of e2e testing effort for every defined test cycle - Adapt defined testing standards and practices. - Thoroughly understand defined test plans or strategy and apply it while creating and executing E2E tests - Be able to identify defect along the way of execution and get to the root cause of the issue. - Follow defined defect tracking and triaging process defined and work towards getting defect to closure. - Work with scrum teams to keep the process evolving and up to date. Job Qualifications : - e2e testing expert with significant experience in delivering in an agile framework - Decent technical and non-technical presentation and communication skills - Ability to understand different test environments, test scenarios, test cases and data creation and conditioning. - Knowledge of test automation development, tools - Understanding non-functional requirements that drive long term product stability and create scenarios to verify them in test cycle. - Ability to work with the Product Owners and scrum teams to develop a robust e2e test suite which helps in delivering the product inline with the defined standards. - Highly enthusiastic and self-motivating with a get it done attitude. - It is a manual position to begin with but should be able to takeover automation and enhance/maintain it eventually - Well aware of JIRA and other equivalent tools Knowledge Base/Education : - Expert knowledge of testing practices and processes. - 5+ years of previous experience in testing space. - 3+ years of experience in e2e testing strongly preferred. - Expert in test case designing, execution and defect management. - Automation exposure to tools like Selenium, UI path, or anything similar is good to have - Experience working with teams in a matrix environment. - Strong knowledge and experience in working with projects following agile methodology JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
