AWM Risk Business Mgmt - OLO Associate - Mumbai Description: As part of Risk Management and Compliance, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. The OLO effort is targeted towards the review of regulatory requirements, across 24 countries (and growing), impacting the regional legal entities, to assess impact on AWM Risk, validate mapping of relevant documentation to confirm compliance with relevant requirements, and to highlight any potential procedural and/or documentation gaps along with appropriate remediation plans. In the role, you will interact with OLO program teams and systems to: - Review regulatory Obligations published by Legal, assess impact on AWM Risk by legal entity and LOB - Draft appropriate responses documenting AWM Risk's compliance with the obligation (in consultation with relevant subject matter experts as appropriate) - Link the obligation with appropriate processes and referencing relevant documentation. - Work collaboratively with broader Risk & Compliance OLO Program and Compliance to keep abreast of developments and implement best practices wherever possible - In addition to new obligations, you will conduct regular reviews of changes to existing obligations, as released by relevant regulators, or newly drafted guidance. - The candidate will coordinate with their manager, based in the US, on your daily on the book of work, proposed responses, related documentation including upcoming deadlines and evolving OLO requirements. You will also be expected to create presentations on OLO messaging/ metrics for management review/ approval as required to support program deadlines. - The incumbent will contribute to AWM Risk Business Management initiatives that are AWM-wide in scope. The work consists of ongoing, control processes as well as discrete projects. Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications: We are looking for someone excited to join our organization.
