Job Description : Job Responsibilities : - Headcount Management and Reporting - Development and ownership of the headcount management tool/component for the business. We have an interim stand-alone solution in Alteryx which in time will move into a bespoke strategic solution as part of a Finance module. - Partnering with the business manager, HR and Finance on headcount data operations, analytics and budgeting processes - Reconciling to me@JPMC position management reporting and ensuring the systems of record are in-line with records, investigate and resolve discrepancies - Developing unique reporting views for the business based on team metadata in support of the Executive Management Team - Coordinating any changes relating to location strategy / personnel mix (FTC/FTE) and GRE inputs - Ensuring FTC end dates are reviewed in a timely manner and contracts are in sync with Global Supplier Services, conversions are managed through onboarding - Review team Cost Centers and partnering with Finance to resolve discrepancies Invoice Reporting: - Establish reporting views from Ariba and BeeLine burn down reports on Purchase Orders / BeeLine Projects, - Reconciliation to finance Executive Monthly Review data and Financial Controllers accrual management - Actively pursue overdue invoices from vendors to ensure timely and accurate expense management - Manage clarity project setups and time reporting, ensure capitalisation projects are reconciled and managed, reconcile invoices to time reporting and resolve discrepancies. - Business Management point of contact in India to liaise with Business Support Management on HC matters, provisioning of equipment and onboarding.
