Executive Director - Workforce Strategy, Change and Engagement Lead Description : - We are looking for a strong Organizational Change Management Lead to join this dynamic and ambitious team. - This position will be working to drive a level of change adoption for our organization's most strategic programs (e.g., Product Operating Model, Modernization, Talent) and implementation of the CC&E Team's core offerings. - This role serves as a horizontal across the CC&E suite of offerings, supporting our employees in India (1/3 of or technology workforce). Key verticals include: - POWERUP - Technology learning conference delivered by JPMC subject matter experts to deepen awareness and adoption of GT Vision priorities. - Recognition - Engagement model to promote peer recognition across utilizing a third-party tool aligned to the firmwide appreciate platform. - Ignite - Supporting learning and development of our engineers through social collaboration and community events. - Manager Excellence - Manager Excellence is focused on building a culture which truly values the critical role of the manager and creates an environment which helps managers and their teams be able to grow and develop. - AAMP / iMentor - Connect employees to build strong relationships, gain invaluable insights and expand professional boundaries. - Additionally, as we continue to evolve our talent strategy, this role will be pivotal in helping shape and implement change strategies for key talent transformation initiatives. - This includes working closely with the Talent Transformation lead and each strategic program to understand change impact and develop strategies to help our employees understand, embrace and adopt new ways of working.
