This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including : - BS/BA degree or equivalent experience - Experienced in mainframe and distributed programming languages : COBOL, Java, Spring Framework, Rest Services, Python - Mastery of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines - Experience designing and deploying large, robust, operationally sound production systems - Experience with payment systems - Command of architecture, design, developmental toolsets and business processes - Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices - Keen understanding of financial control and budget management - Expertise in working in in large, collaborative global teams to achieve organizational goals including level 2 and 3 people management - Passionate about building an innovative culture - Ability to define and execute on the future state architecture and an investment roadmap for JPMC's largest payment system - Experience applying and advancing modern agile software delivery practices such as scrum, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), TDD, BDD, DevOps, and automation.
