Party Reference Data refers to information about third parties (legal entities) with whom JPMC does business. Third parties include clients, issuers, guarantors, and other types of counterparties involved in transactions. The Utility is responsible for managing party reference data throughout its lifecycle, from onboarding to disposition. This data is critical to transaction execution, risk management, financial analysis, and regulatory reporting. JPMC is on a multi-year journey to transform the way we capture, structure, and store party reference data. We are building a scalable, flexible platform to meet evolving business and regulatory demands with the goals of improving the client experience, simplifying operations, and enhancing analytical capabilities. - Hyderabad is a strategic hub for PRDU. The Executive Director (ED) will be responsible for leading an organization that performs party creation and maintenance, party merge and deactivate, cross-referencing to vendor records, data quality remediation, and strategic initiatives. The ED is responsible for interfacing with stakeholders in front office, middle office, and client onboarding teams firmwide who rely on Party Reference Data. These relationships are critical to success in the role. The ED must understand the needs of stakeholders and respond with urgency. The ED is responsible for developing a culture of: - Subject matter expertise in party reference data, data management, and data structures - Process excellence and continuous process improvement - Transparency through metrics on throughput, accuracy, timeliness, and productivity Content Areas / Subject Matter Expertise Preferred: - Client / Entity level Reference data - Client onboarding - Know Your Customer (KYC) - Document management - Implementing compliance with regulatory mandates such as MIFID, NCMR, EMIR, etc. Experience Required : - 15-20 years of relevant experience in leading Global Banking (Wholesale preferred) Operations teams - Experience in data management, process management, business management - Strong business knowledge - product, process and systems - Experience working in a matrix environment - Ensuring the teams activities support Operations in attaining in strategic goals - Management of large scale, cross functional programs - Metrics and reporting expertise - Deal with day-to-day issues as well as planning and executing projects/ initiatives - Ability to drive automation and tech solutions across teams and a wider organization - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Strong experience working with cross border teams and leading global initiatives - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adept to communicate with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization - Ability to partner with demanding stakeholders, managing their expectations while developing strong working relationships with them - Understanding of operational risks and related controls, audit and internal control framework - Confidence to challenge, and be challenged, whilst remaining with a positive 'can-do' outlook Day-to-day responsibilities - Partnership and relationship management: - Provide executive level briefings, and ensure that the roadmap, projects, plans and initiatives are effectively communicated -
