FUNCTION : The Global Employee Engagement, Culture &amp; Conduct organization within HR focuses on enhancing the employee experience and developing best in class people practices firm wide. The team will help set and implement a global vision, strategy, operating model to better understand and respond to employee needs and concerns; as well deliver exceptional employee experience. This includes partnership with the business, function, and HR leaders on an in-depth review of feedback, culture &amp; conduct, employee experience aspects of regulatory-related deliverables. Overall, this organization will span the traditional HR lifecycle, employee engagement and broader listening strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Actively champion the global strategic direction of the Human Resources Employee Engagement Culture and Conduct (EECC) organization. Create a trusted and valued experience for internal clients and partners. - A key component of the role is the delivery of exceptional advice and counsel to business leaders and HR colleagues regarding employee issues and risk management across a number of subjects. - Monitor cases for trending issues and sensitive matters to ensure appropriate awareness with key stakeholders. Provide insights to senior leaders and HR stakeholders. - Proactively strengthen relationships across the India Investigations function. - Oversee a team of experienced professionals responsible for providing employee relations advice and investigating code of conduct related matters inclusive of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, unprofessional behavior and executive office complaints ensuring proper escalation, engagement and fairness is delivered across all stakeholder groups. - This team will be responsible for reaching HR disciplinary outcomes for employee conduct investigations, including investigations led by Control Partners and Employee Relations. - Ensure the right balance of risk mitigation is achieved through the execution of efficient and effective quality control measures. - Proactively provide guidance and advice to team members on general case management inclusive of ensuring a thorough investigation, documenting the findings of an investigation, dispositioning of matters, and key stakeholder engagement. - Deepen investigatory skill set of those on the team. - Partner as appropriate globally to understand regional differences and requirements. Strive for global consistency but execute locally where necessary particularly as it relates to cross border situations. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and refinement of services. - Demonstrate expected behaviors, as well as, identify and escalate issues in a timely manner. - Deliver a trusted EECC brand known to employees and managers as a place where their voices are heard and acted on accordingly. - Deliver a first class experience to all stakeholders and control partners through effective collaboration and communication. - Develop training materials and deliver interactive training sessions to HR colleagues, employees and managers on Employee Relation issues. - Participate in various risk and control initiative, including assisting with regulatory responses on employee conduct matters. - Conduct and participate in the EECC aspects of organizational audits, transactions and RFPs. SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS : - Ability to effectively manage a team of employee relations professionals and investigators in multiple locations responsible for managing a wide variety of employee relations issues - Demonstrated success in building strong relationships and trusted advisor status across Legal, GIRE, Compliance, Global Security, and with Human Resources colleagues. - Exceptional knowledge of full range of EECC practices, procedures, and policies. - Impeccable judgment and discretion - Experience leading and managing teams that excel operationally and are laser focused on key stakeholder experience - employees, managers, partners. - Coaches for success; encourages employee development and mobility. - Actively challenges the status quo and acts as a catalyst for change by decisively adopting innovative ways of working, driving continuous improvement. - Identifies and understands business trends to improve culture and mitigate risk. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Disciplined and drives for results; actively applies feedback from key stakeholders. - Strong consulting/problem resolution experience with demonstrated ability to influence all employee levels from front line to senior leaders. - Demonstrates expected risk/controls behaviors by holding self and others accountable to operate within established standards and procedures.
