The position is based in Mumbai Scope of Role &amp; Complexity : - Develop database design and architecture documentation for the management and executive teams - Directly shapes components and the execution of department strategies and how they can be accomplished - Important/influencing contact with key clients - internally or externally - and LOB executives - Responsible for decisions/activities that have a significant impact on the organization's P&amp;L - Has lead responsibility for execution/implementation of programs, processes and initiatives, may manage cross functional resources - Typically a manager of other senior managers with meaningful yet defined accountability. In rare cases, may act as an individual contributor displaying intellectual leadership on highly complex projects or in a role that is critical to the organization Role Description : - Oversee consultative partnerships across multiple Stakeholders with strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data - Establish standards for collaboration with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals - Identifies user requirements by researching and analyzing user needs, preferences, objectives, and working methods; studying how users consume content, including data categorization and labeling; meeting with focus groups. - Plans information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy, and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality, and user-interface design; creating user scenarios; preparing data models; designing information structure, work-and dataflow, and navigation; evaluating information representation; conducting creative meetings. - Develop strategic roadmaps for a data domain that describe a sequence of projects to improve management and utility of the data for the business. - Identify areas for efficiency across data domains, such as the elimination of duplicate data or platforms. - Lead delivery of KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards, and analyses including segmentation, optimizations and other techniques to improve business function performance - Support analytical innovation, including, for example, evaluating the current operational environment for opportunities to leverage Machine Learning techniques - Support advanced analytics using an assortment of modeling methods, algorithms, and techniques, e.g. predictive modeling, text mining, statistical forecasting and analysis, optimization, and simulation modeling - Leverages a variety of scalable data management and Big Data architectures, including relational and NoSQL databases; including both structured and unstructured data.
