This person will assess and drive innovative approaches/changes to strategies, policies, practices and controls. 2. Analyze and interpret key metrics/reports to identify and effectively resolve issues. 3. Deliver an exceptional experience for our customers while eliminating regulatory risks. 4. Build a high performing workforce in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 5. Lead and direct the business functions with responsibility for organization management, structure, staffing, and employee development 6. Proactively directs and controls strategy and execution of processes to identify opportunities and implement solutions to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, and strengthen controls. 7. Awareness of industry and regional competitors and impact of both on business 8. Build a culture which creates a phenomenal customer experience in every interaction. Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree preferred 2. Experience with a Fortune 500 company and highly recognized customer centric brand is strongly preferred. 3. 15+ years of experience managing teams. 4. Very strong and up to date knowledge and understanding of regulations. 5. Creative and strategic thought leader, exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to conceptualize and implement innovative new ideas across a large matrix organization 6. Change agent who will champion new ideas, challenge conventional approaches, and has a demonstrated ability to drive change within large, complex organizations. 7. Ability to work cross-functionally and balance the needs of multiple business segments 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 9. Ability to identify process issues, offer strong, realistic recommendations for improvements, and influence organization to effect necessary improvements 10. Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative - can build rapport and credibility quickly with all levels of the organization 11. Strong presence, comfortable interacting with, presenting to and influencing senior management. 12. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high performing team within a large organization 13. Strong detail orientation - Minimum of 15 + years of relevant experience required
