ED - Business Management, Risk and Compliance - India Description : - The position is that of an Executive Director or a tenured Vice President within the Business Management function for Risk & Compliance in India (Mumbai / Bangalore). - Globally, this position rolls up to Risk Governance & Strategy function. Key Responsibilities : - Partner with the India Risk & Compliance functional leads and Business Managers to drive and influence local strategy, evolution of teams, integration with global teams and effective roll-out of global and local initiatives - Manage the day-to-day Business Management deliverables in support of the India Risk & Compliance Team and align to leadership's key agenda items, cross organization initiatives, discussion topics, strategy and objectives - Partner with India Risk and Compliance management team to identify opportunities for doing more from India as a location, both in terms of headcount and value proposition - Design, develop, consolidate, and present senior management materials such as: business cases, business reviews, strategic roadmaps, strategy reviews, action plans, etc. - Manage key deliverables of the business management functions and process including: headcount planning and tracking, local and global reporting, real estate planning and tracking - Develop and execute action plans to improve key metrics performance and deliver on globally set objectives for India - Manage prioritization and implementation of key programs, execution of initiatives, improve processes, promote simplification, and eliminate manual activities - Liaise and partner with HR Business Partners, Control Officers, Finance, Resiliency Officers, L&D team for execution of their priorities - Contribute towards driving innovation, people council agenda or diversity & inclusion - Provide thought leadership on key priorities, manage issue resolution, and communicate complex concepts in a digestible manner to non SME's Key Skills/Requirements : - 9 to 15 years of risk management experience is desirable; or transformation, program management, business management, executive assistant to CXO or experience in any finance function - Minimum educational qualification of an undergraduate degree in any discipline. Masters, CA or MBA would be an added advantage - Highly adaptable interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage, negotiate and influence a broad range of individuals across various businesses and key support functions, at the senior level and peer levels - Experience communicating to senior audiences with ability to partner across teams - Excellent design, presentation, and storyboard skillset with excellent written and verbal skills - Results oriented ; takes responsibility for issues and follows through to resolution - Process oriented and ability to develop strategy for end to end solutions - Ability to develop and implement comprehensive systems to drive organizational improvements - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint required - Exhibits a high standard of culture of respect and carries this within the organization Having experience of managing a program as well as teams would be desirable About Us : - JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
