Roles in Commercial Banking

Controls and Risk Management & Analytics

- Business Analyst works collaboratively with the development team and user groups to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for risk-based analytics.

- The BA handles project-level business engagement with users, translating business needs into technical requirements per existing processes and controls.

Project Manager

- Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of CB Program Management Office in Bengaluru Corporate Center

For roles in KYC Operations (Commercial Banking)

- The role is responsible for ascertaining that all KYC and AML policies are adhered to and will be responsible for conducting reviews of client's KYC documentation stored in internal repositories and publicly available information, performing the necessary screening against relevant search engines and sanction lists and communicate any additional deficiencies back to the business.

For roles in Reference Data Operations

- Core Operations Management: Manage a teams to ensure successful service delivery to various stakeholders across the globe.

- People Leadership: Attract, retain and develop top talent. Develop and maintain a world class and productive team.

- Global stakeholder management: Maintain a harmonious relationship with global stakeholders, effectively syndicating on relevant issues, influencing to arrive at the right decisions

- Controls Mindset: Ensure operational practices are in compliance with relevant risk standards, policies and regulations to maintain an effective control environment.

We are looking for experienced professionals currently on an extended career break of two or more years who have a desire to return to full-time employment. Target candidates are at the Associate & VP levels (or equivalent) at time of departure from the workforce with relevant experience for the role in which they are being considered. The ability to assimilate, influence, and partner with colleagues in the program and in assignments is critical.

Key skills

Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, technical, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills; prior experience in financial services is preferred, but not required.

Program overview:

Program Experience: The program consists of professional skills workshops, on-the-job training, coupled with coaching and developmental experiences to help fellows ramp-up with ease and prepare for a long-term career.

Training: The first week of the program is dedicated to learning, development and workplace transition. As a ReEntry fellow, you will refresh your professional and technical skills, and be paired with a mentor who will provide you with the support and guidance needed to relaunch your career.

Career Progression: Our goal is to place high performing participants who successfully complete the program into full-time positions within the firm.
