Job Responsibilities & Activities : You will work as part of an Account Opening. Candidates must demonstrate an interest and knowledge in financial markets, as well as possess excellent analytical, organizational, attention-to-detail, communication, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Initiative, enthusiasm and confidence to complete projects are also a must. This role would suit someone who has some experience in the financial markets/Client On-boarding. Specific responsibilities include : - Deposit, Brokerage, IM (Investment Management) and SDI (Self Directed Investments) account openings for USPB under JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association - Retrieve Client documentation - Review Client documentation - Party and role setup - Powers and Limits setup - Open account for new clients & existing clients - Submit transfer instructions Personal Attributes & Requirements: - University degree holder (including MBA / CFA) and / or with 7-8 years of professional experience in a similar capacity - Excellent stakeholder engagements skills - Work Allocation and monitoring. - Escalation management - Assist and ensure a competitive and transparent work culture. - Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives. - Manage and lead discussions on exceptional cases. - PowerPoint and Excel expertise required - Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management - Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters - Detail-oriented and results-focused - Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral - Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills - Able to work under minimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
