Futures and Derivatives Clearing Operations is a team that spans 17 locations covering all post-execution activities across Cash, OTC and ETD Derivatives as well as handling all Clearing and Financing activities for a global client base. FDCO is an operations group which consists of the following functions: - Global Equities Middle Office: provides comprehensive operational services for Cash Equity securities transactions executed for clients across global Cash and Equity Derivative trading desks. - Global Clearing Operations: Supports the clearing business for exchange trade (ETD) and over the counter (OTC) Futures and Options. JPM is the largest clearer in the F&O industry with business in over 78 markets. - Trade and Cost Management: TCM deliver strategic execution cost calculation and analytics applications and E2E reconciliation, payment and allocation of global trading and market data costs across asset all classes. - Prime Finance Operations: client facing role that requires extensive client interaction & communication together with working with global internal teams. Utilizing technology to increase client efficiency is key and is often achieved by employing data analytical solutions to enhance the client experience and reduce the operational burden on the team. - Stock Borrow Loan MO: Facilitates and controls the end to end life cycle of Equity Borrow / Loan activity for the global Investment Bank. Managing the collateral exposure process and trade support function whilst liaising with external counterparties & traders on a day-to-day basis. - Trading Venue RM : Trading Venues relation management is responsible for the normal engagement and resolving conflicts of interest between CIB Markets and the external execution venues on a day to day basis Location Description: - This role is based in Bangalore and we are committed to offering our staff the ability to work in a dynamic manner, which will allow the successful candidate to leverage options in order to fulfill the role in an efficient manner. - The core responsibility for this position would be to manage the below tasks / activities of the Data Management & MIS team - Product and Instrument - Setup / Amend / Delete:- Setup & Maintenance of Product and Instrument reference data within the Cleared Derivatives Tech systems. - Corporate Action processing:- Update the reference data relating to Instrument and adjust the corresponding client positions on Core platforms used by Cleared Derivatives business - Reference Data analysis and remediation:- Analyse the reference data issues identified and fix them by updating the data on the Cleared Derivatives Tech systems. - Limit setup and maintenance:- Maintain and update of Position & Exchange Limits for Clients on the Cleared Derivatives Tech systems. - Account attributes setup and maintenance:- Setup & Maintain Internal & External Accounts on Cleared Derivates Tech systems. - Setup and maintenance of general reference data attributes to support the Derivatives Clearing business. - Publish KPIs/KRIs metrics for F&O to the stakeholders at an agreed frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) - Regulatory reporting:- Ensure timely review and update for regulatory reporting attributes pertaining to EMIR and MIFID. - Ensure data quality of upstream systems and raise issues to reduce reference data gaps there by reducing manual work. - Collateral review: Review collateral haircuts that are maintained in the cleared derivatives technology to ensure accuracy and to ensure changes in haircuts are captured in a timely basis. - Interest rate benchmarks: set, update and maintain Interest rate benchmark information from multiple sources - Membership registration on EFS platform for NA exchanges. The other responsibility for this position would be: - Perform daily reviews of the tasks performed by the team - Represent the team in the Global Metrics call - Adherence to controls and compliance requirements - Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the Business partners / Stakeholders locally as well as in Global locations - Perform daily/monthly activities for the Data Management / MIS function - Reference data maintenance on various front end systems - Reporting and Analysis, Query handling and projects - Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with the Business partners as well as the people in the Client support groups Required Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree /Post Graduate Degree in Finance - Work Exp of 6-10 years in finance Domain. - Product knowledge in Derivatives/Fixed Income and Equities spaces - Exposure to Corporate Action processing, Instrumnet Set up's in GMI - Experienced in business analysis, identify and define solutions by analyzing data - Working experience with F&O product reference Data - Strong analytical, time management, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills - Strong quantitative and analytical background with a good knowledge of data Alteryx, - Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management - Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented, and strong interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives - Able to work independently with minimum supervision Happy to talk flexible working We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
