Position Description:

- Will be part of a team delivering the Client Analytics product, creating a shared view of service performance across Ops Sales and Clients (internally 4k users, externally 100k users)

- Working with the Global Ops Business BA lead to develop the Client Analytics program for CIB, bringing together multiple LOBs (Global Equities, Digital Client Services, FI & Currencies and Markets);

- Partnering with the Global Ops Business BAs to define the strategy and implementation program, ensuring that key improvements to Client Analytics program are achieved / tracked and also ensure that Product and Senior Management are engaged and aware of the relevant milestones;

- Developing a comprehensive project plan, with detailed milestones and timelines, which will be shared across a wide spectrum of stakeholders

- Stakeholder management and engagement - working with a Global set of stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with huge sets of data from varied systems and stitch it together to derive meaningful information

- Gather, understand and document business requirements (BRDs, Functional Specifications, etc.)

- Work closely with Operations and technology teams to explain the requirements; test the solution developed by them and also perform UAT in close coordination with Operations Leads

- Interact with other Tech teams for inputs and enhancements to their systems

- Managing the project end-to-end; ensuring quality output within prescribed timelines

- Communication of progress to senior management & timely escalation of issues

- Liaise with technology and operations globally to understand potential re-use

- Adherence to key control/regulatory/audit standards

Skill / Qualifications:

- 5+ years experience in operations, Client facing role experience preferable

- Excellent with Data analysis, system analysis and Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Familiarity with a global bank's process & operational environment including management and external reporting is a must. Strong business knowledge i.e. Investment Banking, including product, process and system knowledge. Sound knowledge of the trade lifecycle

- Deal with day-to-day issues as well as planning and executing projects / initiatives

- Ensuring the team's activities support Operations in attaining its strategic goals

- Excellent attention to detail, and an ability to know when a deep-dive approach is appropriate

- Ability to drive results through a \"hands-on\" approach

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization

- Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one's own work to achieve them

- Experience with QlikView and/or Tableau is a plus.
