Asset Management India Client & Product teams covers functions that spans across the entire lifecycle of a client. Starting with Sales & Marketing, the group includes functions like Sales support, Product Strategy, Market Insight, Data Management & Governance, Data Delivery & Solutions and Business Intelligence & Analytics. The Product teams, comprising of Research analysts, Investment Specialists (IS) and Portfolio Management teams are responsible for providing additional insights to our securities coverage universe, strategy design, commercializing and monetizing our strategies. The Client Service group caters to functions like RFP, Onboarding, KYC, Client Reporting and Fund level Governance oversight functions involving Product administration, Board management, Funds registration, TA Service Delivery, Product implementation and vendor management services. About the Role : - This is an opportunity to be a member of the Global Client Platform control team and primarily support the Central team based in UK & USA. The role involves preparing/monitoring/circulating key business MIS and Reports that includes; Share Class Monitoring, Global Score Cards MIS, Issue Log Reporting, Client Communications, Weekly MIS, etc. and ensure that they comply with the Client Platform framework. - The role involves monitor activities, investigate exceptions and escalate issues as appropriate. The team supports the COO business agenda by providing strategy, MIS and analytical support, and works globally and cross-functionally with front office advisors, product specialists, legal, compliance, oversight and control, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, audit operations, technology, middle office and marketing. Responsibilities : - Performing various control activities that may include: pooled fund share class monitoring, executing periodic fiduciary reviews on client accounts, preparing certain client-facing regulatory reports and conducting non-standard and most favored nation fee reviews. - Compiling and delivering effective MIS metrics and appropriate documentation to support the team's reporting deliverables . - Assisting with certain aspects of Risk and Controls Self Assessments, including testing. - Preparing relevant account lists and obtaining internal approvals for client communications - Dealing with ad-hoc queries relating to Client Platform/ MFN activities, systems, documentation and client information - Update and maintain all relevant records, logs and databases. - Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date including the communication to any impacted populations. - Ensuring all tasks are executed in line with Client Platform procedures including maintenance of clear audit trails and performance of maker/checker. - Continuous process improvement and efficiencies. Qualifications : - 1-3 years business analysis experience - Bachelor's degree required - Experience in working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and comfortable with ambiguity and dynamically shifting priorities, timelines, and demands. - Excellent judgment, analytical, and communication (written and oral) skills and ability to clearly articulate initiative goals, simplify complex business approaches, and effectively communicate key messages to stakeholders. - Positive and proactive collaborator demonstrating awareness of cultural sensitivities and being an ambassador for the team. - A pro-active individual who enjoys working within the framework of a supportive team but able to work independently. - Professional maturity, positive, can-do attitude, with strong management, organisational and administrative skills, and ability to prioritise and work to deadlines within a demanding, busy environment. - Flexibility in managing several deliverables simultaneously and ability to contribute at both an operational and strategic level. - A diligent approach to tasks and duties, attention to detail, and with a methodical control based mind-set. - Strong MS Office skills. Especially strong Excel (e.g. formulas, pivots, macros) and advanced skills in PowerPoint.
