JP Morgan Chase - Business Analyst (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities includes :

- Work with the QA Team, Business Operations on requests. This includes documenting requirements in formal templates, and asking the appropriate questions to assess complexity and possible solutions

- Evaluate and impact assessment: evaluate submitted changes for Quality Reporting team to identify impacts to data, systems, and processes

- Assist with slotting, tracking, monitoring, testing, and implementation, of assigned change controls and projects

- Engagement and communications with CMO QA team, Business Operations, and IT on changes, and impacts

- Perform maintenance to existing tools, platforms, databases, and tables

- Perform user acceptance testing, data validation as needed

- Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and process enhancements

- Assist QA team to trouble shoot issues among reports, systems, processes, and procedures

- Participate on Release Management related meetings communicating status of assigned projects

- Build and maintain positive relationships with users of the Reporting team data among CMO QA, and CCB operations

- Liaison with CCB technology organizations and IT leadership as an advocate for CMO QA technology and data warehousing requirements

- Lead and Manage internal projects as necessary within the CMO QA reporting team

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Operations Research, or similar fields

- Requires 5+ years of Business Analyst experience

- Proven skills in project management methodologies and tools

- Understanding of relevant Quality, and Call Recording technologies, process, and development life cycle

- Proven ability to work and think independently

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement mindset

- Excellent problem solving skills, and strong decision making ability

- Demonstrated interpersonal skills for partnering with various level of organization

- Working knowledge of SharePoint including creation of standard forms, and workflows
