Quant Analytics Associate CLV


Job Description :


Responsibilities:


- Thought leadership: Define and drive our approach to customer value, prioritizing the most impactful opportunities


- Analytics: Manage all phases of the analytics lifecycle, including documenting data lineage, analysis scoping, data development, hypothesis development, data analysis, generating insights, developing and delivering presentations of findings


- Influencing: Work with cross-functional and cross-LOB partners to establish and institutionalize business applications for customer value analytics


- Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing sharp insights and conclusions for executives


Key Qualifications :


- 5+ years experience in analytics, strategy, management consulting, or similar skillset


- Passion for problem-solving. Must be able to think outside the box to implement creative solutions that solve business problems


- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to turn complex data into concise client-friendly findings and recommendations


- Self-starter who works independently and has the motor to drive change across the organization


- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams


- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage projects. Can stay organized and deliver at a high level while juggling a large book of work


- Experience with SQL/Hive/Hadoop/Tableau/Python/ML Tools at advance level proficiency
