Job Description : The Markets Tech PMO will work with the Markets Tech India Leads and the Technology leadership team to manage key projects/programs that span across Markets Tech. The individual is required to work with stakeholders across the various CTO areas to manage, track and report progress against agreed goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities : - Business management support on Governance and control activities, Location strategy incl. real estate management, Vendor management, Resiliency Plan Management - Manage various Markets Tech/GT India wide programs/initiatives for Markets Tech India, including coordinating with respective Application Owners, LoB Leads to check progress on the committed deliveries - Develop understanding of strategic applications and programs, thoroughly review the committed deliveries, engage with the delivery owners and proactively highlight issues and risks to the program objectives, derive solutions and drive remedies to completion. - Create detailed and actionable status reports and enable effective tracking and reporting to all stakeholders - Represent Markets India on forums for program updates and manage program scorecards - Drive and coordinate Markets Tech participation in any events supporting the programs/initiatives being managed, across all India locations (Mum, Blr) - Collaborate with the Tech and Ops teams across all India locations with the objective of maximizing the benefits from Markets Tech Ops collaboration - Supporting any ad hoc requests from various senior stakeholders Qualifications/Skill Sets : - Minimum of 8 -10 years of Business management, Technology Program/Project Management experience, preferably in Financial Services - Strong experience using various desktop and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel - A good understanding of collaboration and reporting tools (SharePoint, JIRA, QlikView, Tableau) - Good understanding of the software development lifecycle including Agile and SCRUM - Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to organize and prioritize work against competing demands - Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
