CCB Risk - Portfolio Risk Modeling (CCAR) - Associate

Description :

The Cards CCAR Modeling team support regulatory submission along with providing insights for the CECL Runs. The role will require expertise in methods and metrics used for performance assessment of various types of risk models used in portfolio Risk, CCAR, time series, forecasting. The successful candidate will also excel at effective partnering, and be ready to independently lead projects in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

The candidate is expected to have advanced degree (master's or above) in a quantitative subject, such as Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics or Finance and minimum of 7+ years of relevant analytics/modeling experience (India Pool ) to adapt to the requirements. , provide insights and recommendation to senior management and partners using MS Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

- Knowledge of Banking product

- Basic understanding of Statistics (Hypothesis Testing, distributions, descriptive/inferential statistics), Regression Techniques(linear/classifier), Machine Learning, Forecasting Methods

- Desired knowledge on BASEL accords, Provision, PD, EAD/LGD modeling, Accounting Standards CECL

- Support end-to-end credit-risk model development efforts within Capital Modeling

- Manage quality control within development projects, assuring accurate and appropriate model development, quantification and implementation of capital models.

- Efficiently design and produce programs to streamline and create repeatable procedures for model development, validation, and reporting.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with line of business partners and model end-users to analyze and meet analysis and reporting needs.
