Overview : Our In-House Paid Media team partners with Lines of Business (LOBs) to create cohesive marketing experiences. We offer strategic guidance, consulting, and buying & implementation expertise across multiple media channels. We seek an Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Associate to develop and execute search campaigns, deliver positive business results, and present to senior LOB stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- You will oversee search campaigns from concept through execution and reporting with attention to quality and detail

- You will deliver effective communication with the LOB about their search programs

- Frame key issues facing clients and develop recommended approaches

Required Qualifications : 4+ years search experience, managing large-scale search programs, process and numbers-driven, and proficiency in Google and Microsoft Ads.

Preferred Qualifications : Third-party tool experience, Google and Microsoft Ads certifications, and prior experience in financial services, e-commerce, or lead generation.
