The current opening is within the CIB F&BM - Investment & Corporate Banking (ICB) - Associate (601) in Bengaluru which forms part of the Corporate and Investment Banking LOB within GF&BM India. As a Control Management Team Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring the line of business has a sustainable and disciplined end-to-end control environment, identifying and escalating issues with a sense of urgency, and partnering with the business to ensure issues are remediated in a timely manner. The team assists in top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation. Primary Responsibilities: In partnership with stakeholders, evaluate and perform an end-to-end analysis of the business' risk and control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses and determine root cause of control breaks Ensure that controls are properly designed, operating effectively, and essential to a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols Perform ongoing analysis of program related data (e.g., KRI/KPI) and develop ad-hoc reports as requested to support business-related programs and strategies Assist with development of Risk & Control Self-Assessment mapping and documentations through participation in end-to-end process walkthroughs and deep dives with assigned business units Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience in business controls, operational risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit or similar function with coverage for Investment & Corporate Banking (ICB) - Understanding of the control framework for Investment & Corporate Banking (ICB) businesses would be beneficial. - Excellent in MS office, especially in Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, VBA, Access Database and Power point - Highly motivated, energetic self-starter who takes ownership - Strong organizational skills - manages and prioritizes multiple tasks across different time horizons within deadlines - Strong analytical, problem solving and process re-engineering skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong team player with excellent partnering and influencing skill Shift Timing : EMEA Hours JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
