The Home Lending (HL) Production Planning & Analysis group supports the HL Chief Financial Officer and the Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) Planning &amp; Analysis organization and Production Business Finance Teams. The group partners with senior Finance leaders and their teams across the HL business and serves as an analytical and reporting resource to help leaders understand and manage all financial aspects of the business. As a Financial Planning &amp; analysis resource, you conduct cost optimization analysis for the HL Production business along with Productivity and Capacity analysis. The successful candidate will drive business results by engaging business partners, analyzing financial results and business drivers, and communicating with senior executives through both oral and written presentations. The successful team member will own their work end-to-end and act as a primary finance contact to the partners they support in the business. This position requires the candidate to become a subject matter expert in the home lending business, affordable lending performance, finance &amp; capital markets. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, and enjoy handling complexity. Role and Responsibilities: - Prepare insightful, high quality Senior Management presentations - Prepare financial presentation and recommendations for cost optimization - Prepare impact of productivity and capacity change presentation - Prepare cost analysis along with recommendations - Support ad hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management - Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports as required - Knowledge of BI Tools is added advantage - Ensure that reports are insightful and contain commentary on key movements and watch items.
