AWM - Wealth Management Operations - Data Management Associate Description : Private Bank MIS System Support and Controls - The MIS System Support and Controls Associate will be responsible for a diverse set of activities within the Mortgage MIS organization, including supporting various system access requests, troubleshooting, managing onboarding/offboarding and providing level 1 support for many applications and systems along with overseeing, implementing, testing and documenting various controls. - This role will also be involved in automating various aspects of system support and streamlining activities to move towards self-service model. This role will need to be comfortable working with different levels of stakeholders, including line level employees, managers and executives, from different parts of the broader Asset and Wealth Management organization. An ideal candidate will have demonstrated results supporting system access and/or implementing various controls along with knowledge in creating reporting/dashboards. Primary Responsibilities : - Ability to communicate effectively at different levels in the organization including Users, Managers, Sr Managers, and Executives - Ability to troubleshoot issues and look for opportunities to proactively self-serve services - Understand usage utilizing different methods including shadowing/observations teams - Work effectively with various teams including operations, access control, and technology. - Work with others to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds expectations. - Follow all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions and ensures the end product fulfills the project objectives. - Prepare Training Material and User Manuals in cooperation with the Business Unit SME - Efficient work style with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency. - Monitor and report any gaps or risks to decrease or avoid any potential losses - Ability to multi-task more than one assigned project at a time - Collaborate with management and staff in the development and implementation of all projects and/or initiatives related to operational goals and/or process improvement directives. Qualifications : - Minimum of 8 years of experience overall - 1-3 years of experience, preferably across diverse System Support /MIS/Analytical and Operations roles. Proven history of delivering timely, high quality services from diverse, complex systems to various stakeholder groups - Experience managing profiles, roles and other access control mechanisms. - Experience and/or exposure supporting role based access in tools such as WEAVE, LDAP - Ability to create, implement and manage various controls relating to systems or processes - Good understanding and capability to learn new tools- MS Office tools, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira - Strong data analysis/technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new metrics, processes, and datasets - BS/BA in MIS or a quantitative discipline preferred JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
