Job Description : Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities) : - Build a complete understanding of the MIFID process relating to client agreement, entitlements setup and operational checks involved - Onboarding contacts to our CRM platform and grant access, Handling internal/external client queries/trouble shooting & request for access to our different research platforms - Be able to strategize &amp; improvise the overall existing client base data quality - Focus driven on transformation &amp; optimization agenda and be able to run multiple such projects parallelly - Liaise &amp; Build rapport with business leads across multiple touchpoints and with various stakeholders in reporting, client services, billing &amp; invoicing and client reference data. - Perform various reconciliation of different process in MIFID and be able to pro-actively think of loop-holes in the process - Work with other partners including business management, finance, technology and middle office to Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Develop an environment of continuous focus on quantifiable productivity and quality - Performing system testing of various applications on a quarterly/monthly basis - Overall supervision of all Administrators, Statutory and Regulatory reports production and the control environment. - Managing time effectively, and prioritizing work efficiently considering multiple projects may be on hand at any given point of time - Track progress and review project tasks to make sure deadlines are met appropriately. - Active participant of ongoing business projects right from the thought process to execution and delivering results - Knowing how and when to show empathy, Active listening skills, The ability to be supportive and motivate others - Motivating team members and leading by example to engage in high standards of quality - Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. - Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Skills set /Qualification: - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and to execute assigned projects/tasks in a timely manner - Strong written and oral communications skills (added advantage on public speaking and presentation) - Good to have experience in CIB Operations - Excellent problem solving &amp; escalation management skills - Strong planning and organization skills - People management skill preferred - Should have a collaborative work style, fostering co-operation and teamwork - Must be able to prioritize responsibilities in order to handle a demanding workload - Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy - Good analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.
