Roles & Responsibilities - include specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectives

The primary responsibility of cash processing team is to release and process wire transfers.

Job responsibility includes 

- Processing of fax requests received from the Client Service Group

- Working on multiple functions such as FX, Bill Payment and Overdraft reporting

- Monitoring of queues and workflows and adhere to multiple cutoffs

- Play an active role in user acceptance testing for all technology releases and enhancements

- Lead initiatives such as root cause analysis and projects

- Capturing and publishing of KPI's and MIS

- UAT Testing

- Project Management

- Core Skill-sets

- Candidate should possess knowledge of banking operations.

- Familiarity with SWIFT, Cash Payment Processing and Cash Investigations

- Self-motivated

- Have the ability to work independently and to proactively seek guidance from others as needed

- Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams

- Result oriented, accepting responsibilities and challenges that take them outside their comfort zone

- Positive outlook and a desire to stretch themselves to achieve both personal and functional success.

- Partners well with peers, subordinates, managers, and LOB and functional partners

- Capability to manage and handle escalations by liaising with the internal & external stakeholders of the business.

Job Requirements

Competencies:

- Knowledge of SWIFT, FED Wire or any other fund transfer system.

- Worked and desire to work in an automated Processing environment

- Banking Operations experience required, Private Banking operations experience would be beneficial

- Control Oriented

- Be able to drive positive changes, promote ownership and demonstrate \"My business Mentality\".

- Client Focused & having Risk awarenes

- Basic knowledge about the securities market and different financial products

- Basic knowledge of Bloomberg

- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills

Education/Professional Qualifications:

- Strong Academics background with approx 6-7 years of relevant work experience.
