Primary Responsibilities: - Provide dedicated analytical &amp; reporting support for team on operational metrics, reporting, and analytics - Develop visually appealing dashboards with any analytical tools (MSBI, Qlikview, Tableau) - Provide overall supervision / leadership coverage for operations teams; Review staff performance trends &amp; identify areas of opportunity; Develop an environment of continuous focus on productivity and quality - Develop a deep understanding of operations systems and processes in order to extract meaningful insights from existing data while identifying and recommending IT enhancements to improve reporting and analytics - Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the RO Process - Fulfill ad-hoc data extract queries and business analysis requests to support the business with valuable information for decision making - Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Offshore &amp; Onshore team through strong communication and participation in discussions related to data, reporting, Metrics. Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of total experience, preferably across multiple Roles - operations management, analytical &amp; data visualization tools. - Proven history of delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources - Strong data analysis/quantitative aptitude with ability to quickly learn new metrics, operations processes, and datasets - Strong SQL skills and exposure to SQL Server databases - Exposure to Forecasting using R / PHP based models / SAS. - Experience in Managing Operations teams; Providing leadership to teams. - Strong ability to convert data into information and insights through visualization &amp; Presentations - Expertise with any of the BI tools(Qlikview, MSBI, Tableau, COGNOS, Microstrategy) for dashboard creation and data manipulation - Strong attention to detail Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) &amp; influencing skills - Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business / stakeholders - Data analysis/quantitative aptitude with ability to quickly learn new metrics, operations processes, and datasets - Excellent partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization as required - Ability to troubleshoot, think clearly and have new ideas - Create executive presentations (both individual slides and structured presentations) - Effective change management skills; Ability to support &amp; flexible with changing environmentAbility to multi-task and manage projects independently while applying best practices - Seeking for self-starter and work together as a team in a Flexible &amp; 24/7 environment JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
