DesiredQualifications, Experiences and Skills

- Qualified lawyers with at least 3+ years post qualification experienceobtained in leading law firms or financial services industry with a preferencefor asset management experience (international or Singapore). Lawyers qualifiedin common law jurisdictions will have an advantage.

- Commercially attuned to the needs of a global business, with goodunderstanding of current legal and regulatory requirements relating to internationaland/or local asset management industry and investment products for retail andinstitutional markets.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Effectivecollaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and independently.

- Proactive personality with effective communication skills. Spokenand written English language skills are essential.

Attorneys must be licensed to practice law and amember in good standing or otherwise eligible to practice law in thejurisdiction in which the position is based.

All candidates for roles in the Legaldepartment must successfully complete a conflicts of interest clearance reviewprior to commencement of employment.

JD or educational equivalent required. Attorney candidates must be in compliance with all relevant licensing requirements including the requirements of the jurisdiction where the role will be located prior to commencement of employment
