Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


- Jointly own and work with senior underwriters on multiple portfolio management activities for assigned portfolio


- Understand nuances of dealership financials and identify any inconsistencies or risks associated with provided financials


- Use multiple tools to identify and escalate any early warning indicators


- Assist senior underwriters to prepare periodic credit approval packages covering operational performance and KPI tables for approval on floorplan facilities, ACH and draft line facilities, and real estate transactions.


- Utilize credit skills to author well thought out and concise performance analysis of DCS relationships.


- Meet assigned timelines and ensure documentation requirements are met per the business and audit requirements


Qualifications


- 1-3 years' experience in Credit, Audit, Compliance or Risk Management


- Knowledge of risk and control assessment process


- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve measurable results


- Skills & experience to manage targeted portfolios ( e.g. formal credit training, treasury product knowledge, problem loan experience)


- Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics preferred


- MBA or professional certification preferred.


- Prior experience in US Market and Auto industry is preferred


- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
