AWM_AM Operations_Trade Lifecycle Analyst Description: J.P. The Team has the primary responsibility to provide subject matter expertise on the Investment Accounting System and surrounding proprietary "adapters". Specifically, bridges the gaps between JPM Front, Middle and Back Office Teams, Technology teams, and any other upstream or downstream dependencies. Specific Responsibilities: - Income processing - Factor updates, Interest & Dividends - Investigate reasons for breaks and differences arising due to various internal or external reasons - Income breaks investigation, resolution and settlement - Strong understanding of financial products like Equity, Fixed Income, MBS, CBS and other structured products - Strong understanding of Asset management business & Operations, TLM and Accounting principles - Mailbox management - Daily KPI and metrics reporting - Candidate should be flexible to work in ASIA/EMEA/US hours. - Conduct product/process functional review - Counterparties, Broker and custodian performance review - Lead team's strategic initiatives - Lead Intelligent Automation initiatives in Income Accounting space - Works with both Tech and Ops to help build better controls. In some cases, reviews those reports and helps teams resolve issues - Managing level 2 processing requests which require specialized knowledge and access to the Accounting platform - Tracking, analyzing and follow-up on outstanding requirements - Detailed MIS and trend analysis of open items and ageing Minimum Qualifications and skills: - Post Graduate/Graduate from recognized institute. At least 4+ years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in managing teams - Have the ability to work independently and to proactively seek guidance from others as needed - Reconciliation background including investigation and reporting of breaks - Prior experience on applications such as Bloomberg, DTCC is needed for the job - Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams - Result oriented, accepting responsibilities and challenges that take them outside their comfort zone - Positive outlook and a desire to stretch themselves to achieve both personal and functional success - Partners well with peers, subordinates, managers, and LOB and functional partners - Capability to manage and handle escalations by liaising with the internal & external stakeholders of the business - Knowledge of Investment products. - Worked and desire to work in an automated Processing environment - Control Oriented - Must be highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines - Client Focused & having Risk awareness - Needs excellent attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism / initiative - Basic knowledge about the securities market and different financial products - Excellent MS skills ideally to macro level - Knowledge of market data providers - Fluent English (Verbal and Written) JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
