Key Responsibilities : - Monitor the database and process all cash flows received on a daily basis in line with the SLA - The investigation and validation of the Cash Outstanding Report - The collation and distribution of the Large Deal report - Ensuring that the database is clear at the end of each day. All emails actioned - Maintain and provide information to track relevant cash flow information - Ensure the excess cash are invested into Time Deposits and Liquidity and short cash are covered accordingly with relevant FX Orders or selling from Liquidity. Job Description : - To post all cash flows for JPMAM funds and segregated client accounts on a daily basis - To collate, produce the daily cash flow reports to advise of all cash inflows and outflows that have been posted (this will include the Daily cash flow report and the Large deal report). - The investigation and validation of cash breaks (listed on the Outstanding report sent by JP Morgan Chase Bank i.e. WSS) - Accurate and timeliness of task is essential to facilitate and maintain the correct cash management actions to take place. - Investigate and resolve all cash outstanding breaks. - All significant issues are to be immediately escalated to the Manager. - Ensure active Cash Management is performed by placing Time Deposits and investing into or selling out of Liquidity - Investigate and resolve queries. - Daily checklists to be completed signed off and handed, with back up, to the Supervisor at end of day. - Ensure all records/documents are maintained /archived. Qualifications : - Working knowledge of cash processing is a plus - Working knowledge of the financial services industry - The capability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal. - Team orientated interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively use Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word and Excel. - Flexible to business requirements with ability to multitask (daily responsibilities vs. initiatives); plan, prioritise and work to deadlines - Analytically minded; has the skill to resolve wide-ranging issues - Crisis management - Ability prioritise issues and to take action under pressure - Ability to : 1. Know when and what to escalate to whom 2. Work under pressure 3. Work as part of a team - Continuous improvement mindset - Confident in own ability.
